Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology.
• Current active DEA licensure or ability to obtain post-hire.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Performs physical assessments on patients with specialized conditions.
• Develops and implements plans of care, prescribes medications and treatments.
• Collaborates with clinical and admin teams to manage patient care and continuity.
• Acts as liaison between primary care and specialists; shares information for patient care.
• Teaches and counsels individuals and groups on health care needs.
