Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Medical School or School of Osteopathic Medicine.
• Board Certified or Board Certified Eligible in Endocrinology.
• Current active DEA licensure/prescriptive authority or ability to obtain post-hire.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Performs physical assessments on patients with specialized conditions.
• Develops and implements a plan of care, including medications and therapies.
• Collaborates with clinical and administrative teams to manage patient care and continuity.
• Acts as a liaison between primary care providers and specialists; consults on patient care.
• Teaches and counsels individuals and groups on health care needs.
• Participates in the development of health education programs.
