The Medical College of Wisconsin's Department of Surgery, Division of Surgical Oncology seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide specialty endocrine surgery care at Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee, WI. The APP works as part of a multidisciplinary team to support patient care, safety, and outcomes.

• Master's degree or higher for APRN licensure.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Physician Assistant Studies.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams in diagnosis and treatment of endocrine surgical conditions.
• Writes progress and admission notes; documents orders and test results.
• Performs and interprets screening and diagnostic procedures; communicates findings.
• Assists with and performs procedures beyond core requirements as needed.
• Educates patients and families on preoperative and postoperative care.
• Participates in preoperative and postoperative patient care and follow-up.

Educación

Advanced Practice Registered Nurse degree (MSN/MSN-APRN) or higher

Physician Assistant degree (Bachelor's or higher) or ARC-PA accreditation
