The University of Rochester invites applications for a Customer Tech Support Technician I at Strong Memorial Hospital. This full-time role provides first-level technical support for end-user devices, including desktops, laptops and mobile devices, remotely or in-person.

Responsibilities include diagnosing OS, connectivity or application issues, assisting with setup and maintenance of endpoint devices, and offering 1:1 training.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent and 1 year of relevant experience required
• Flexibility to work 24/7/365, including nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to travel between work sites

Responsabilidades

• Provides first level technical support for end-user computing devices, including desktops, laptops and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoots and resolves device-related OS, connectivity or application issues.
• Assists with setup, configuration and maintenance of endpoint devices.
• Acts as primary contact for end-users in resolving device-related issues and assists with deployment of new systems.
• Conducts 1:1 training with customers on use of hardware and applications as needed.
