Job summary

COCC is seeking a technology services administrator to resolve end-user issues and keep employees productive across Windows, Linux (virtual), macOS, and VDI environments. You will manage user access, support production and disaster recovery operations, and troubleshoot hardware and peripherals.

The role requires strong communication and collaboration with technology and business teams. A2C-level support and Zoom/M365 familiarity are important, with a hybrid schedule in Rocky Hill, CT.

Qualifications

Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
1–3 years of end-user technology support experience.
Familiarity with Windows, macOS, Linux desktops and peripherals.
Preferred exposure to AD, DNS, DHCP, GPOs, VMware and MDM.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and access issues for COCC staff.
Support Windows, Linux (virtual), and macOS desktops in various environments.
Manage user identities and access; support Zoom meetings and devices.
Assist with patching schedules and security guidelines; document activities.
