Job summary

Ovation Healthcare in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Systems Engineer to design and support end-user IT infrastructure, including MEM/Intune, imaging, patching, and software deployment. Under moderate supervision, you will ensure MEM/Modern Management alignment with the organization’s IT architecture and take part in lifecycle validation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years hands-on with Intune, modern management, imaging, patching, and deployment.
• 3+ years with Configuration Manager for Windows devices.
• 3+ years desktop virtualization with Windows 365 and/or Azure Virtual Desktop.
• 3+ years Print Server Management and Tier III support.
• Experience documenting system designs and procedures.
• Collaborative with staff to develop plans, estimates, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Plan and build end-user systems, hardware and software components to meet requirements.
• Design end-user information systems aligning with IT architecture.
• Prepare lifecycle validation and assess system capabilities.
• Monitor end-user system performance to optimize resources.
• Design and manage diverse technologies for ITS.
• Provide Tier III support and troubleshooting as needed.
