Job summary

OU Health is seeking an End User Engineer II in the Information Systems department in Fredericksburg, VA. The role designs, implements, and supports virtualization systems and complex platform incidents, driving security improvements and scalable VSI solutions.

Responsibilities include cloud environment support, data collection and trending for critical devices, and leading technical projects. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience with intermediate certifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience required.
• Intermediate certification obtained within one year of employment (examples: VCTA-DCV 2024, CCA-V, MS-900, MD-102).

Job Description:

The End User Engineer II is responsible for assisting in the design, implementation, and support of virtualization systems. This position assists in the diagnosis and resolution of the most complex platform incidents and requests that require research and diagnosis, and recommends process changes that improve the implementation, maintenance, and support of systems security.

Minimum Qualifications

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree required.

Experience Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience required.

License/Certification/Registration Requirements:

• Intermediate certification obtained within one year of employment. Examples: VMware Certified Technical Associate - Data Center Virtualization 2024 [v2] (VCTA-DCV 2024), CITRIX CERTIFIED ASSOCIATE - VIRTUALIZATION (CCA-V), or MS-900: Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals, MD-102: Endpoint Administrator
