Job summary
Trissential is seeking an experienced IT Helpdesk Specialist to join the End User Services team in Denver. This on-site role blends project coordination, endpoint modernization, and hands-on support to shape how technology is delivered across the organization.
You will work across Windows, macOS, iPhone, and Android environments, collaborating with stakeholders to drive automation and efficiency, while maintaining strong end-user experiences.
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of Help Desk, Desktop Support, Deskside Support, or End User Support experience.
- Experience with enterprise end users in both operations and projects.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing platforms.
- Experience coordinating technical projects or improvement efforts.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate PC refresh and endpoint modernization initiatives.
- Organize project work, facilitate meetings, track actions, ensure project execution.
- Support Agile workstreams and continuous improvement within End User Services.
- Analyze provisioning and device management processes and suggest enhancements.
- Design and implement solutions to improve end-user technology experience.
- Provide walk-up IT support and direct user engagement.
- Troubleshoot end-user incidents using ITSM tools.
- Administer endpoint management solutions, including Intune environments.
