Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) in Counce, TN, seeks an IT Systems Engineer II to support end-user computing—desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, and kiosks—in a 24x7 plant environment. You will mentor the Systems Engineer 1 and collaborate with the Information Services team.

Requirements include a BS in IT or related field and 5+ years in industrial IT; strong AD, PowerShell, VOIP, and troubleshooting skills are essential. Rotational on-call is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science, Information Technology Systems or equivalent.
• 5+ years in an industrial IT environment preferred.
• Experience with LAN/WAN, security, VOIP, and multi-platform support.

Responsibilities

• Provide implementation, configuration, support and troubleshooting of end-user devices and related policies.
• Mentor Systems Engineer 1 and collaborate with Plant IS team.
• Rotational on-call support; 24x7 plant operations.
