Job summary

AEP Service Corporation seeks an IT Support Analyst to deliver second-level end-user computing support in a Columbus, OH area office. You will deploy and maintain Windows and Mac endpoints, manage accounts, and help with patching and security.

The role requires 2 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, and strong skills in AD/Entra ID, M365, and endpoint management tools. Occasional travel and after-hours on-call are part of the duties.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field required.
2 years of relevant work experience required; equivalent combinations considered.
Experience with Windows and Mac endpoint deployment, security, and patching.
Strong troubleshooting skills for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Familiarity with ITSM processes and incident management.

Responsibilities

Provide second-level support for end-user computing services (desktops, laptops, VDIs, mobile devices).
Assist with deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Windows and macOS systems.
Manage user accounts including onboarding/offboarding and authentication troubleshooting.
Monitor queues and respond to incidents and service requests per priority guidelines.
Participate in endpoint management using Intune, MECM/ConfigMgr, JAMF, or similar.
Troubleshoot hardware/software/network/printing issues and document resolutions.
Contribute to software packaging, patching, and deployment for endpoint security.
Create technical documentation and knowledge articles; support continuous improvement.
