Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a contract-to-hire Help Desk Analyst in Dallas, Texas, providing 1st level support for Windows, Office, VPN, and related applications. The role requires strong customer service and communication skills with on-site work in Dallas.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in end-user support, familiarity with ITIL practices, and is comfortable with flexible hours, including nights and overtime. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in technology or business preferred.
Associates degree with 2+ years related experience acceptable.
At least 4 years of end-user support with Windows.

Responsibilities

Provide 1st level technical support for Windows environments, Office, VPN, and security issues.
Triage, resolve, or escalate issues; document tickets and update KB.
Maintain knowledge base and coordinate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Interact with customers at all levels with tact and diplomacy to promote IS image.
Support end users via ticketing system and remote diagnostics as needed.
