Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to assess and optimize performance of end-user IT systems. This onsite role based in Carrollton, TX involves resolving issues, maintaining records, and collaborating with vendors and internal teams.

The position is contract-to-hire with a pay range of $24.00–$25.00 per hour. Strong troubleshooting, CRM proficiency, and healthcare IT experience are preferred, with 5+ years in IT performance analysis or related roles.

Qualifications

• Must be open to working onsite 5 days a week from 6:30am-6:00pm.
• Contract to Hire, onsite in Carrollton, TX.
• Experience in health industry IT support is preferred.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs. and assist with equipment setup.

Responsibilities

• Resolve incoming end-user IT-related issues for remote partner offices and onsite users.
• Prioritize resolution of IT concerns and elevate issues to relevant stakeholders.
• Perform system installations, updates, and maintenance for practice management systems.
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve remote partner office issues.
• Document processes and maintain service desk records.
• Participate in staff meetings to suggest IT performance optimizations.
• Collaborate with internal departments to meet IT needs.
