Util360 in Newport Beach, CA is seeking an on-site End User Support - IT Support Technician to perform desktop/laptop troubleshooting, software installation, and configuration. You will handle mobile device management, VOIP and AV equipment support, and resolve network issues for end users.

Responsibilities

Desktop and laptop hardware troubleshooting and repair.
Software installation, updates, and configuration.
Mobile Device Management (iPhone & Android).
VOIP Phone Support (Basic End User Support).
AV Equipment Support (Basic End User Support).
Network connectivity issues resolution.
Password resets and account management.
Email and application support.
Basic security awareness training.
Ability to move equipment between storage locations (Lift 30 lbs.).
On-site technical support.
