Job summary

Preferred qualifications include associate or bachelor's IT degrees and current certifications such as A+, Network+, CCNA, MCSE, RHCE, MCSA, CSA, ACE, CCIE, or MCDBA.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in technical or customer support or at least one current certification in a technology field.
• Associate or Bachelor level IT degrees preferred as listed.
• Current certifications such as A+, Network+, CCNA, MCSE, RHCE, MCSA, CSA, ACE, CCIE, or MCDBA are valued.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of support to resolve customers' IT issues and fulfill information technology service requests.
• Facilitate technical project deployments and ensure timely, accurate IT help for Providence caregivers, partners, and customers.
