Job summary

Responsibilities include setting up new employees, managing AD and M365, deploying IT equipment, maintaining inventory, and contributing to IT projects. Strong communication and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Information Systems or related field or 3 years IT support experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
• Preferred: CompTIA A+ or Network+ certifications.
• Experience with AD, DHCP, DNS, Azure, Office365, Windows, server troubleshooting and basic networking.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, peripherals, network connectivity, and other IT issues, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Set up user accounts, computers, phones, and other equipment for new employees.
• Assist with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 user and device administration.
• Deploy, replace, and maintain IT equipment.
• Maintain accurate documentation and inventory of IT equipment.
• Assist with IT projects and technology initiatives as needed.
• Follow established IT security policies, procedures, and best practices.
