Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT, healthcare, business, or equivalent experience.
• No professional IT experience required, but customer-facing tech support preferred.
• Ability to deploy and troubleshoot end-user devices and apps.

Responsibilities

• Assist in device lifecycle management, imaging, and deployments.
