In this role, you will provide technical support for end-user devices, software applications, and connectivity issues while working closely with colleagues across the organization to ensure a seamless technology experience.
The End User Computing Engineer Associate is responsible for the hardware, software, and its connectivity to the network infrastructure that end-users rely on for their work. They provide first level technical support, troubleshoot issues, and assist in managing the lifecycle of user devices and applications. The End User Computing Engineer Associate provides specialized technical support, consultation, and training services, coordinating and assisting in developing standards for enterprise end user device technologies. This role involves working with users at all levels of the organization and IS teams to support end user devices.
Working closely with other technical resources, the End User Computing Engineer Associate follows procedures, workflows, and tools to deliver exceptional support and customer service to maintain standard Emplify Health operations. The Engineer must be comfortable providing technical assistance both remotely and in person. Additionally, excellent communication skills are essential for sharing information with users within the department.
Fulltime, 80 hours biweekly (1.0 FTE)
Schedule: Typically Monday-Friday 11:30am-8:00pm
Location: This role will require working onsite at Main Campus in La Crosse, WI
Compensation: Starting pay of $23.13/hour and up based on relevant work experience + applicable shift differentials for working a PM Schedule
