Job summary

FST Logistics, Inc. is seeking an experienced end-user technical support specialist to provide fast and effective assistance to our team at Dublin, OH. You will diagnose hardware and software issues, respond in person and by phone, and deliver basic training to users.

You will manage help desk tickets, collaborate with vendors, and ensure adherence to company IT processes. A minimum of 3 years in end-user support and an associate's degree or equivalent experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an end-user technical support role.
• Strong customer service skills and professional desk-side manner.
• Experience with password resets, print-related requests, and basic tickets.
• Basic understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy principles.
• Windows 7/10, MacOS, AndroidOS, and iOS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast and effective support to end-users in person and by phone.
• Assess and diagnose computer hardware and software issues.
• Modify hardware systems, install peripherals, and perform basic maintenance.
• Write end-user guides and SOPs; train users on various systems.
• Manage incoming help desk tickets, assign priorities, and escalate when needed.
