Job summary

PNC seeks an Infrastructure Configuration Consultant to advance the Digital Employee Experience initiative. You will design automation with SQL/PowerShell and 1E SCALE, support SCCM/Intune, and help modernize Microsoft 365 services.

Experience with end-user tech in large-scale environments is required; familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow and Zscaler is a plus. This is an in-office role across multiple U.S. cities.

Qualifications

• University degree with 3+ years of relevant/ direct industry experience.
• Experience with end-user device management and automation is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts using SQL, PowerShell, and 1E SCALE.
• Support SCCM and Intune for device management and compliance.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 services and modern workplace initiatives.
• Perform basic SQL queries and assist with Power BI reporting.
• Learn and apply API integration concepts for automation.
• Provide support for Windows client infrastructure and troubleshooting.
• Participate in ITIL-based incident/change management via ServiceNow.
• Assist with security tasks including Zscaler configuration.
