Job summary

PNC is hiring an Infrastructure Configuration Consultant to improve end-user productivity and proactively resolve issues. The role involves automation using 1E SCALE, SCCM/Intune, M365 administration, and creating insights with Power BI. Candidates should have experience with end-user tech in large-scale environments and familiarity with ITIL processes.

The position is based in multiple U.S. locations with in-office work. Prior experience in automation and app development is valued.

Qualifications

• Basic PowerShell scripting proficiency.
• Familiarity with SQL and reporting tools.
• Understanding of Microsoft Configuration Manager and Intune.
• Exposure to M365 and Windows client environments.
• General understanding of ITIL principles.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts using SQL, PowerShell, and 1E SCALE.
• Support SCCM and Intune for device management and compliance.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services and contribute to modern workplace initiatives.
• Perform basic SQL queries and assist with Power BI reporting.
• Learn and apply API integration concepts for automation.
• Provide support for Windows client infrastructure, including troubleshooting.
• Participate in ITIL-based incident and change management using ServiceNow.
• Assist with security tasks, including Zscaler configuration and monitoring.
