Job summary

Pop-Up Talent is seeking an experienced IT End User Support Specialist to lead the design, support, and continuous improvement of its enterprise endpoint computing environment in Charlottesville, VA. This role goes beyond a traditional help desk, acting as the technical lead for endpoint technologies and automation initiatives to elevate employee technology experiences.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise Windows environments or similar end-user environments.
• Experience managing modern enterprise endpoint environments with a focus on engineering and support.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and Microsoft 365 administration.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain standardized endpoint configurations for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Manage the complete endpoint lifecycle from provisioning to retirement.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and productivity software.
• Lead enterprise technology projects including Windows upgrades, device refreshes, and M365 deployments.
• Identify opportunities to automate IT processes and improve end-user experiences.
