Job summary

Hayward Holdings Inc. is seeking an End User Computing Technician Level 2 to provide timely, high-quality support for employees across the site and regional operations in North Carolina.

You will resolve incidents, install hardware/software, and train users on IT solutions while ensuring security and license compliance. The role requires an Associate degree (Bachelor's preferred) with certifications in A+, ITIL Foundation, and Azure Fundamentals within specified timelines.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must obtain A+ within 12 months, ITIL Foundation within 18 months, and Azure Fundamentals within 18 months.
• Experience supporting end-user computing on desktops, laptops, and mobility devices.
• Able to support Windows desktop and Windows Server environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person or remote desktop/end-user support for Hayward employees, manufacturing, and warehouse systems.
• Install hardware and software as needed for end users.
• Train users on Hayward IT solutions and services.
• Monitor and maintain system availability and stability.
