CNA is hiring a User Computing Administrator I to perform routine end-user support across classified and unclassified environments and assist with deploying and maintaining user equipment. The role participates in projects, documents resolutions, and supports security and imaging tasks, with the possibility of telecommuting or hybrid work per supervisor's discretion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required in CS/Engineering or related field.
• Security+ or DoD 8570 IAT II certification required or ability to achieve within 6 months.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills; able to train others and document clearly.

Responsibilities

• Resolve end user support requests per standard procedures; diagnose OS, network, and app issues.
• Assist deployment of desktops, laptops, printers, and other end user equipment; manage images and licenses.
• Maintain security by applying service packs, patches, and anti-malware measures; support IT security guidance.
