Job summary

Triton Environmental Consultants, Ltd. is seeking an IT Support Manager to lead our End-User Computing (EUC) function and deliver a white-glove support experience for employees, executives, and stakeholders.

You will oversee IT support operations, manage vendor relationships, and guide technical teams while serving as a hands-on escalation resource for critical business-impacting issues, with regular onsite presence in Oak Brook, IL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in IT support, service desk, endpoint management, or related functions.
• Demonstrated leadership of technical teams, service providers, or support orgs.
• Strong knowledge of End-User Computing technologies, device support, endpoint management, packaging & patching, service desk operations, and vendor oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead End-User Computing services, including desktop support, endpoint management, mobile device support, software deployment, and operational support.
• Champion a white-glove, customer-first support culture with responsiveness, professionalism and ownership.
• Develop and coach team members through mentoring, training, and career development.
• Serve as liaison between IT, business stakeholders, MSPs, and technology vendors.
• Oversee incident resolution, service requests, escalations, and recurring issues.
• Lead executive/VIP support with discretion and high professionalism.
• Monitor SLAs, ticket performance, backlog, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Drive root-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage vendor relationships, support contracts, hardware refreshes, and patch management.
• Lead EUC projects from planning to implementation and transition.
• Partner with business leaders to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
