Job summary

The Inland Real Estate Group of Companies is seeking an IT Support Manager to lead our End-User Computing (EUC) function and drive a white-glove support experience for employees, executives, and stakeholders.

You will oversee IT support operations, vendor relationships, and technical teams, serving as a hands-on escalation resource for critical issues while advancing service quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in IT support or service desk roles.
• Proven leadership of technical teams and service providers.
• Strong knowledge of EUC technologies and device lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead End-User Computing services (desktop, laptop, mobile, deployment, support).
• Drive a white-glove, customer-first support culture and strong communication.
• Oversee vendor and MSP relationships, contracts, and hardware refresh programs.
• Sponsor root-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
