Job summary

Littler is seeking an Enterprise Workstation Systems Engineer to manage endpoint deployment and automation using Microsoft SCCM and Intune, while administering AVD infrastructure. You will develop performance metrics and reports to ensure a secure, stable, high-performing end-user computing experience. This hybrid role is based in multiple U.S.

locations with monthly onsite requirements. The salary range is $114,000 to $150,900 and includes eligibility for performance bonuses; benefits are

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or information technology preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with SCCM and Intune for endpoint deployment and device management.
• Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), MSIX and FSLogix.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring stable and optimally performing physical and virtual workstation, desktop, and mobile environments.
• Provide Level 3 operational support to desktop, Citrix, and Mobile platforms.
• Support the implementation of new workstation, desktop, and mobile technologies.
• Install and configure AVD technologies including host pools, AVD images, scaling and FSLogix.
• Analyze system performance indicators and recommend improvements for AVD-based production configuration.
• Administer desktop and mobile device management platforms.
• Engineer, deploy, configure, and manage endpoints using SCCM and Intune.
• Develop reports to track workstation, VDI, mobile, and AVD metrics and KPIs.
• Script and automate support for physical/virtual environments.
• Test Windows workstation and iOS mobile releases to recommend optimum configuration.
