Job summary

Littler seeks an Enterprise Workstation Systems Engineer to lead endpoint management and automation across Windows, iOS, and virtual desktop environments. The role focuses on SCCM/Intune deployments, AVD administration, and performance reporting to ensure a secure, high-performing end-user computing experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft SCCM and Microsoft Intune for endpoint deployment and device management.
• Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), MSIX and FSLogix.
• Advanced experience with Windows workstation, desktop, and mobile software and hardware.
• Experience with Azure active directory, Office 365, and scripting/automation.
• Experience supporting release management and mobile device management.
• Demonstrated experience with endpoint deployment using Microsoft SCCM/Intune.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stable and optimally performing physical and virtual workstation, desktop, and mobile environments.
• Support software and hardware release processes and QA for these environments.
• Provide Level 3 operational support to workstation, Desktop, Citrix, and Mobile platforms.
• Implement new workstation, desktop, and mobile technologies.
• Install and configure Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) technologies including host pools, images, scaling and FSLogix.
• Analyze system performance indicators and recommend improvements for AVD configurations.
• Administer desktop and mobile device management platforms.
• Engineer, deploy, configure, and manage endpoints using SCCM and Intune.
• Develop reports to track metrics for workstation, VDI, mobile, and AVD.
• Script and automate across physical/virtual workstation, desktop, and mobile platforms.
• Test Windows workstation and iOS releases to recommend optimum configurations.
