Job summary

Littler is seeking an Enterprise Workstation Systems Engineer to manage endpoint devices and automation using Microsoft SCCM and Intune, with responsibilities spanning AVD infrastructure, performance metrics, and secure end-user computing. The role is hybrid, based in Kansas City, MO with onsite expectations about once per month.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or information technology.
• Minimum 5+ years related experience.
• Experience with Microsoft SCCM and Intune for endpoint deployment and device management.
• Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), MSIX and FSLogix.
• Advanced experience with Windows and iOS workstation, desktop, and mobile software and hardware.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stable and optimally performing physical and virtual workstation, desktop, and mobile environments.
• Support software and hardware release processes and QA for physical and virtual environments.
• Provide Level 3 operational support to the physical and virtual workstation, Desktop, Citrix, and Mobile platforms.
• Support the implementation of new workstation, desktop, and mobile technologies.
• Install and configure Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) technologies including host pools, AVD images, scaling and FSLogix.
• Analyze system performance indicators and recommend improvement actions for AVD-based production configurations.
• Administer desktop and mobile device management platforms.
• Engineer, deploy, configure, and manage endpoints using SCCM and Intune.
• Develop reports to track key workstation, desktop, VDI, mobile, and AVD metrics and KPIs.
• Script and automate supporting physical and virtual platforms.
• Test Windows workstation and iOS mobile releases to recommend optimum configuration.
