Job summary

Sira Consulting is seeking an experienced End User Computing (EUC) Engineer to provide onsite IT support at our Stevens Point manufacturing facility. The role covers desktop/laptop management, end-user support, and coordination with regional/global IT teams to ensure high availability of critical systems.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in EUC/desktop support, strong Windows admin skills, M365, AD/Azure, and ITSM experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in End User Computing / Desktop Support.
• Strong Windows 10/11 administration skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience with Active Directory and Azure AD.
• Hardware troubleshooting for Dell/HP platforms.
• Printer and peripheral support experience.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite Level 2/3 support for end-user devices, printers, scanners and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows desktops and laptops.
• Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD, and Exchange Online.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues.
• Perform network troubleshooting including switches, VLANs, DHCP, DNS and Wi-Fi.
• Coordinate with network teams and Cisco equipment support.
• Manage IT assets, device deployments and hardware replacements.
• Support shop-floor systems and barcode/label printers.
• Use ServiceNow for incident, request and change management.
• Conduct root cause analysis and ensure timely incident resolution.
• Coordinate with vendors during outages and planned maintenance.
• Participate in on-call support as needed.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs and knowledge articles.

Position Summary

The role is responsible for end-user support, desktop/laptop management, network troubleshooting, plant IT infrastructure support, and coordination with regional and global IT teams to ensure high availability of business-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/Level 3 onsite IT support for end-user devices, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows desktops and laptops.
• Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD, and Exchange Online.

• Printer and peripheral support.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Network Skills (Mandatory)

• CCNA Certification (Preferred) or equivalent Cisco networking experience.
• Good understanding of:

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
