Job summary

Realign Llc is seeking an End User Computing - Desktop Administrator to join our IT team in a full-time permanent role. The position covers Wilmington, MA and San Jose, CA, with responsibilities spanning desktop imaging, patch management, and end-user support.

The ideal candidate will have strong SCCM experience, remote desktop skills, and a proven ability to design and implement SCCM hierarchies, migrations, and O365-related support across Windows and Mac environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in desktop support and end-user computing.
• Strong knowledge of SCCM hierarchy design and deployment.
• Ability to troubleshoot software and desktop issues and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Deskside management, imaging, O365 support, and desktop issue troubleshooting.
• Provide desktop, laptop, printer, and software support to users.
• Remote support and troubleshooting of end-user issues and remote desktop activities.
• Support Windows OS and MacBook environments.
• Understand business and technical requirements for SCCM/Intune/Windows 10 implementations.
• Participate in design and migration tasks for SCCM from other tools.

• o Deskside Management, Touch Support, Local IT, Imaging, O365 Support, Investigate and troubleshoot software and desktop issues.
• o Provided all desktop, laptop, printer, and proprietary software support and administrative functions to support desktop user issues.
• o Remote support & troubleshooting of end user issues
• o Windows OS, MacBook support
• o The Engineer is responsible for managing and support end-end Remote Desktop related activities.
• o Should be able to understand business, technical requirements, and provide solution, design and implementation approach for SCCM, Intune and Windows 10
• o Must have prior experience in Design and Implementation of SCCM hierarchy
• o Must have prior experience of Design and Implement migration to SCCM from other tools
