Crawford Electric Supply in Tulsa, OK is seeking an Automation Sales Specialist - End User to grow relationships with industrial End Users and identify automation opportunities tied to modernization and efficiency.

You will lead solution-based selling and collaborate with the sales team to support End User accounts. The role requires strong communication and a customer-first mindset in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field; or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years in industrial automation sales or related roles.
• Knowledge of industrial automation systems and modernization strategies.
• Strong consultative selling and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop End User accounts by building relationships and identifying automation opportunities for modernization and efficiency.
• Lead the sales process by aligning customer challenges with automation solutions (PLCs, HMIs, drives, motion, safety, networking).
• Identify, qualify, and advance automation opportunities across engineering, operations, maintenance, and capital project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with existing sales representatives to support End User accounts with automation expertise and opportunity development.
• Stay informed on industrial trends, customer challenges, and competitive options to strengthen messaging.
