Job summary

Artha is seeking a hands-on Recruitment and HR Specialist for an onsite role in Arlington to partner with business leaders and help build and scale the site. The role combines day-to-day recruitment with HR responsibilities and opportunities to create scalable processes and programs for a growing organization.

The candidate will own the full lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding, align HR practices with U.S. employment requirements, and support engagement and talent development initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive Recruitment and HR experience.
• Experience supporting employees and managers across the full HR lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Good understanding of U.S. employment practices and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers and business leaders on employee relations, performance management, engagement and workforce planning.
• Own the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, retention and offboarding.
• Lead recruitment activities and partner with hiring managers to attract and hire strong talent.
• Develop and implement HR processes, policies and programs as the organization continues to grow.
• Provide practical guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, performance and employee relations.
• Support initiatives around employee engagement, talent development and organizational effectiveness.
• Ensure HR practices are aligned with U.S. employment requirements and best practices.
• Maintain HR data and reporting and continuously look for ways to improve HR processes and the employee experience.
