Job summary

Giga Energy is seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager to own complex programs end-to-end, from design handoff to shipment and customer timeline. You will be the single source of truth for program status and drive cross-functional alignment across materials, procurement, engineering changes, production scheduling, quality, and logistics.

You will operate in a high-velocity manufacturing environment, owning master schedules, risk registers, and executive updates while traveling internationally up

Qualifications

• Experience owning complex, multi-function programs end-to-end in fast-moving environments.
• Ability to read drawings/BOM and converse with engineering, quality, and manufacturing.
• Willingness to travel internationally (15–20%).

Responsibilities

• Own the full program lifecycle from design freeze to customer shipment.
• Build and maintain master schedules (Gantt-based) and keep them current.
• Lead daily/weekly program stand-ups and executive status reporting.
• Coordinate across materials, procurement, engineering changes, production scheduling, and logistics.
• Manage risk with a live register and mitigations; escalate issues early.
