Job summary

NY STATE ELECTRIC & GAS CORP is seeking a Program Manager – Supply Chain Management to lead end-to-end supply chain strategy for major grid projects. You will coordinate engineering, procurement, logistics, and risk management to ensure on-time, cost-effective material delivery including transformers and control systems.

The role requires a strong background in international logistics, Incoterms, and SAP/PMO alignment with FEL/gates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, or related field; 8+ years in relevant roles.
• Experience with Incoterms, international logistics, and customs/trade compliance.
• Ability to align supply chain with engineering and project schedules (P6) and SAP MM.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead portfolio-level supply chain strategies for PNY in AVANGRID NYSEG/RG&E.
• Translate engineering BOMs into sourcing wave plans and ensure design-to-contract traceability.
• Lead pre- and post-award activities including incoterms, terms, and supplier performance.
