Job summary

Giga Energy seeks a Supply Chain Program Manager to own the center of gravity for its largest programs—driving end-to-end ownership from design to shipment. You will maintain master schedules, coordinate procurement and production, and push cross-functional teams toward the customer date with clear, data-driven updates.

You’ll operate in a fast-paced, high-consequence manufacturing environment, require deep BOM and change control know-how, and travel internationally as programs require.

Qualifications

• Must own complex, multi-function programs end to end in fast-moving, high-consequence environments.
• Deep understanding of BOM, engineering change processes, procurement lead times, and production scheduling.
• Experience building master program schedules that people use to make decisions.
• Strong technical fluency to discuss drawings and BOM with engineering and manufacturing.
• Proven negotiator able to align functional leaders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program leadership from design freeze to shipment.
• Create and maintain master schedules linking design milestones, procurement, production, and logistics.
• Lead daily/weekly stand-ups and executive status reporting with a single source of truth.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to hit critical path and customer commitments.
• Escalate issues early with data-driven recommendations.
