Qualifications

• Experience owning complex programs end-to-end.
• Strong BOM and engineering change management understanding.
• Experience in high-velocity, high-consequence manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program lifecycle from design freeze to shipment and customer delivery.
• Build and maintain master program schedules (Gantt-based) and drive cross-functional cadence.
• Escalate early with data-driven updates and manage risk and dependencies across functions.
• Interface with suppliers and contract manufacturers when program-critical issues arise.
