Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Significant experience in supply chain management within manufacturing.
• Aerospace or automotive industry exposure is preferred.
• Experience managing supplier performance and procurement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of PPV, KPIs and QBRs, and ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, sourcing, supplier management, material planning, inventory control, and delivery performance.
• Develop and manage supplier relationships, conduct QBRs, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions to improve quality, cost, and delivery.
• Track and analyze KPIs, PPV, supplier scorecards, and other supply chain metrics to identify cost savings and performance improvements.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems to manage material requirements, optimize inventory levels, improve forecasting, and ensure materials are available to support production schedules.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to improve supply chain processes, mitigate supplier risks, and support business objectives.
