We are seeking a Lead Supply Chain Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations for our client within a manufacturing environment. This position will focus on supplier performance, procurement strategy, cost management, inventory planning, and continuous improvement across the supply chain.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, preferably within the aerospace or automotive industries, with experience managing supplier relationships, tracking key performance indicators, and utilizing ERP/MRP systems to drive operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end supply chain operations and supplier performance improvement initiatives.
  
• Strong understanding of purchase price variance (PPV), KPIs, supplier scorecards, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems for procurement, inventory management, and material planning.
  
• APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP) preferred.
  
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
