Job summary

Supernus Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Logistics & Inventory Coordinator to oversee the flow of materials, orders, and shipments, ensuring accurate records and SOX compliance. You will manage inventory reconciliation, PO maintenance, and interface with finance and operations to optimize supply chain performance.

Key duties include end-to-end order and shipment visibility, global logistics coordination, data analysis, and developing tools to improve processes. Travel up to 5% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 1+ years related experience.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and data analysis.
• Willingness to travel up to 5% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end oversight and management of orders, inventory, and shipments.
• Provide SOX compliance and budget support.
• Perform monthly inventory reconciliation of API and bulk items.
• Provide purchase order maintenance from OTP through inventory receipt-order closure.
• Utilize systems for information gathering supporting inventory analysis, replenishment, forecasting, and import/export.
• Perform item setup and maintenance.
• Perform Serialization - Track & Trace item setup, maintenance, exception management, and reporting.
• Support processes through metric maintenance and reporting.
• Develop and implement inventory management tools and metrics.
