Job summary

Prodapt is seeking an experienced E2E Solution Designer/Architecture with a focus on Sales Planning, Sales Processes, and Sales Compensation. The role translates complex business requirements into scalable end-to-end solutions and works closely with Sales Operations, Sales Finance, and Product Owners to define architecture and data models.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in solution design, solution architecture, business transformation, or enterprise application delivery.
• Strong experience in Sales Planning, Sales Operations, Sales Compensation, or Sales Performance Management.
• Experience designing complex end-to-end solutions involving multiple business and technology systems.
• Strong understanding of business rules, data flows, integrations, and enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end solution design for Sales Planning, Sales Process, and Sales Compensation capabilities.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable functional and technical solutions.
• Define business rules for sales compensation, eligibility, incentives, quotas, attainment, accelerators, thresholds, and payouts.
• Design end-to-end processes from sales planning → execution → performance measurement → compensation calculation → payout.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, eliminate manual activities, improve automation, and reduce operational effort.
• Design integration between CRM, sales planning, compensation, HR, finance, ERP, data warehouse, and reporting platforms.
• Define APIs, interfaces, data flows, business rules, and integration patterns.
• Ensure data consistency across sales, employee, customer, quota, performance, and compensation systems.
• Develop solution architecture, process flows, sequence diagrams, data models, and technical design documents.
• Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, security, availability, auditability, and data-quality requirements.
• Evaluate technology options and perform solution trade-off analysis.
• Collaborate with Enterprise and Domain Architects to ensure alignment with architecture standards.
• Provide technical guidance to engineering and implementation teams.
• Support SIT, UAT, deployment, production readiness, and implementation activities.
• Identify risks, dependencies, assumptions, and constraints and provide mitigation strategies.
• Communicate solution designs effectively to business stakeholders and senior technology leadership.
