Job summary

Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC in Springfield, MO is seeking a Planning & Order Professional to manage end-to-end order processing and customer coordination across Supply Chain, Production and Finance.

You will interface with intercompany customers, review orders for accuracy, and drive continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with internal policies and quality standards. This role offers a hybrid work model and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in order management, planning, supply chain, or customer service.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is a plus.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with data interpretation.
• Understanding of order management and production planning principles.
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary interface for intercompany customers with timely inquiries.
• Review orders for completeness, accuracy, and plausibility against requirements.
• Manage end-to-end order processing from receipt to invoicing.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Production, Finance and Logistics for smooth fulfillment.
• Support special projects and operational tasks within SCM and Production.
• Prepare, analyze, and report KPIs to support decisions and improvement.
• Provide backup support for order processing and planning within the Service Center.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
• Contribute to shaping mobility through proactive operational support.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and quality standards.
