Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or logistics related to returns.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, organizational and data accuracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage RMA requests and issue RMA numbers.
• Verify warranty eligibility and return requirements with proper documentation.
• Track RMAs through disposition and coordinate with internal teams.
• Maintain records in ERP/CRM and communicate with customers on status.
• Prepare reports on RMAs, warranties, and service performance.
