Job summary

Highspring LLC (d/b/a Vaco by Highspring) is seeking a detail-oriented Reconciliation Analyst to own end-to-end reconciliation processes. You will develop methodologies, analyze data, and resolve variances while building robust controls and documentation.

The role requires experience creating reconciliations from scratch, strong accounting knowledge, and proficiency with ERP systems. Collaboration with Accounting, Finance, and Operations is essential to drive timely close.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of reconciliations, accounting, or financial analysis experience.
• Proven experience creating a reconciliation from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Own the reconciliation process from start to finish.
• Create and build reconciliations from scratch and establish controls.
• Research and resolve variances and discrepancies.
• Analyze large financial data and identify trends or errors.
• Prepare detailed reconciliation documentation and schedules.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, and Operations teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely reconciliations.
• Identify opportunities to improve reconciliation processes and reporting.
• Assist with month-end close and related accounting analyses.
