Job summary

Dominium Development seeks a Development Analyst to support multifamily real estate development from opportunity through construction, stabilization, and conversion. You will perform financial analysis, assist with structuring and closing of project financing, coordinate due diligence, and help with construction oversight and asset transition.

The role develops broad knowledge across acquisitions, LIHTC, debt and equity financing, architecture, entitlements, construction, and property

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or another analytical or related field.
• Previous experience in real estate development, acquisitions, private equity, investment banking, lending, finance, or related field is required.
• Experience with real estate clubs, organizations, coursework, internships, or relevant activities is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to develop and interpret financial models.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Sourcing development and acquisition opportunities through relationships with brokers and market participants.
• Underwrites multifamily investments across new construction, acquisition/rehabilitation, and distressed opportunities.
• Builds and maintains financial models, including pro formas, cash flow projections, and sensitivity analyses.
• Coordinates lender, investor, and third-party due diligence through closing.
• Evaluates financing alternatives and how changes in debt, equity, and costs affect feasibility.
