Job summary

Dominium Development seeks a Development Analyst to support multifamily real estate opportunities from underwriting through construction and stabilization. You will work with Development Associates and Project Partners on financial analysis, structuring financing, due diligence, and asset transition.

The role develops knowledge across LIHTC, debt/equity financing, entitlements, and project operations, requiring strong analytical ability and ownership of workstreams to advance projects through

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or analytical field.
• Experience in real estate development, acquisitions, private equity, investment banking, lending or related field.
• Participation in real estate clubs or coursework is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial models.
• Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Strong quantitative, mathematical and analytical abilities.
• Attention to detail and high-quality work.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to learn new real estate development areas independently.

Responsibilities

• Assists in sourcing development/acquisition opportunities.
• Underwrites multifamily investments across various scenarios.
• Builds and maintains financial models and analysis.
• Evaluates market fundamentals, rents, costs, financing and returns.
• Prepares materials for Investment Committee considerations.
