Job summary

Dominium Development is seeking a Development Analyst to support multifamily real estate opportunities from opportunity through construction and lease-up. You will perform financial analyses, assist with structuring and closing project financing, and coordinate due diligence with partners.

You will work with architects, engineers, lenders, and internal teams to advance projects across LIHTC, debt, equity structures, and long-term asset management, gaining broad exposure to the full development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related analytical field.
• Prior real estate development, acquisitions, private equity, or related finance experience required.
• Advanced Excel skills to build and interpret financial models.
• Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Source and underwrite development and acquisition opportunities.
• Structure financing with LIHTC and other sources; coordinate due diligence.
• Manage design, entitlements, zoning, and preconstruction milestones.
• Oversee construction progress, budgets, schedules, and risk tracking.
• Coordinate post-closing and transition to long-term operations.
