Job summary

Dominium Development is seeking a Development Analyst to support multifamily development and acquisition projects from opportunity through construction, stabilization, and conversion. You will assist with underwriting, financing, due diligence, and asset transition, gaining exposure to LIHTC, debt and equity, and architectural, civil, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or another analytical field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with ability to develop financial models.
• Strong quantitative, mathematical, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and underwrite multifamily investments and construction opportunities.
• Build and maintain financial models including pro formas and cash flow analyses.
• Coordinate lender, investor due diligence and closing activities.
• Support LIHTC and other financing applications and structuring.
