AGent Energy is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to own testing across our cloud backend, IoT device communication, and embedded firmware. You will design robust test strategies and implement automated coverage to ensure reliability of our energy platform.

You will collaborate with Cloud Backend, Application, and Embedded teams, building test frameworks, executing end-to-end tests, and driving quality improvements that prevent production issues in mission-critical energy infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of QA engineering experience with end-to-end test strategy ownership.
• Hands-on experience testing cloud-based systems, AWS preferred.
• Familiarity with IoT systems, device communication protocols and embedded testing.
• Experience building and maintaining automated test frameworks and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong SQL skills for data validation and backend testing.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and maintain comprehensive test strategies covering cloud backend, IoT, embedded firmware, and customer-facing apps.
• Develop and execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end test suites across platform components.
• Own test planning for new features and releases in collaboration with engineering leads.
• Maintain documentation of test coverage, results, and known issues.
