The Business Process Specialist serves as the functional process expert across merchandising, planning, buying, sourcing and product development to design, improve, and sustain scalable end-to-end processes.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years experience in process improvement, operations, industrial engineering, supply chain, or related area.
• Ability to rapidly understand end-to-end business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Retail and/or planning experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical capability and data-driven decision making.
• Exceptional Excel skills; work across multiple data sources and complex formulas.

Responsibilities

• Act as process SME across merchandising, planning, buying, sourcing, and PD.
• Define future state roadmaps with functional leaders.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
• Drive project plans with scope, resources, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Facilitate meetings and manage diverse stakeholders to drive consensus.
• Monitor post-implementation performance and drive corrective actions.
