Job summary

Arhaus is seeking a Business Process Specialist to serve as the functional process expert across the end-to-end product lifecycle. The role partners with merchandising, planning, buying, sourcing and PD to ensure processes are connected, efficient, and scalable.

You will lead process improvement initiatives, drive change management, manage project plans, track KPIs, and influence across teams to deliver operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3–7 years experience in process improvement, operations, industrial engineering, supply chain, or related area.
• Ability to rapidly understand end-to-end business processes and identify opportunities.
• Retail and/or planning experience a plus.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical capability and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Act as process SME, maintaining a deep understanding of workflows, requirements, KPIs and operational context.
• Partner with leaders in planning, buying, sourcing & PD to define future state roadmap.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
• Utilize data analytics to drive key decisions and measure success against KPIs.
• Build and manage project plans for process improvements with scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Drive change management activities including communications and training, ensuring adoption.
